Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a strong attention to detail
