Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Service - Greet all customers and project a positive, motivated, and friendly image to guests and staff.
  • Bar Service - Focus on cocktail making and ensuring efficient and accurate service of food and beverage items to customers.
  • Restaurant Duties - Assist with table preparation, food and beverage service, and cleaning duties.
  • Cash Handling - Manage cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork - Build and maintain positive customer relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service.

Requirements



  • Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment.
  • Prior experience working in a bar, with knowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to carry 3-plates.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility to work when required.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
