About Our Senior Educator Role

This is a senior role in early childhood education that requires experienced leadership and a passion for teaching.

  • Lead Educational Programs: You will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • PARENT Engagement: Work closely with parents and carers to ensure open communication and build strong relationships.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the growth and well-being of children.
