Room Attendant Role Overview:

As a Room Attendant at our resort, you'll have the opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests.

The Opportunity:

  • We're looking for energetic team players who love delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests' stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleaning of all guest rooms meets our high standards, paying attention to time frames and quality control.
  • Prepare trolleys with adequate linen and equipment supplies, adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Display a professional image in all verbal and non-verbal communication with guests.
  • Effectively manage resources and minimize waste by recycling products as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is essential.
  • Good communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail is critical in maintaining our high standards.
  • Physical fitness, including carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and twisting, is required for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes is essential.
  • Immunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommended.
