Job Title: Employment Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of individuals seeking sustainable employment through the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract.

You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey, working closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans to support job seekers in achieving their goals.
  • Providing guidance and support to job seekers to develop the confidence and skills needed to re-enter the workforce.
  • Ensuring adherence to government contractual requirements within a quality and compliance framework.
  • Offering post-placement support to job seekers and employers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and community partners.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have prior experience within the Employment Services Industry or transferable skills from Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
