We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about creating positive social impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing job opportunities, collaborating with case managers and employment mentors, and supporting both employers and candidates to ensure successful placements and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure job opportunities that align with the needs of young people
- Collaborate with our team to match youth clients with suitable roles
- Support both employers and candidates to ensure successful placements and long-term satisfaction
- Promote the benefits of hiring young people and advocate for inclusive hiring practices
We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about making a difference. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for supporting young people and creating positive social impact.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, possess a valid driver's licence, and be willing to travel in the designated area.
