Ryder System, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to manage and optimize warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, one year or more powered industrial truck experience, and one year or more previous experience as a Team Lead. Knowledge of RF scanners and forklift operation is required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
  • Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  • Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
  • Inspire and guide team members towards improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods.

The successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more powered industrial truck experience
  • One year or more previous experience as a Team Lead
  • Knowledge of RF scanners and forklift operation
