**Warehouse Operations Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Storeperson Forklift Driver to join our operations team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer products to the correct storage areas following established procedures
  • Pick stock for picking lanes according to established guidelines
  • Conduct cycle counts to keep our stock records accurate
  • Undertake additional tasks (receiving, returns, dispatch) as assigned by Supervisors or Managers
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and maintain efficient operations
  • Continuously improve processes for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean and report any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the Manager promptly
  • FOLLOW all safety guidelines when moving products; health and safety come first
  • Adhere to WH&S rules and ensure everyone onsite follows relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs)
  • Assist in implementing training and processes that minimize incidents and injuries

Requirements:

  • Licenses: LF & LO preferred
  • Warehouse experience with appliances, furniture, or bulky items an advantage
  • Skilled in safe manual handling
  • Able to stay on top of tasks and maintain high standards
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and willingness to help others essential
