About the Role

The Cosentino team is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones, while understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service and generate demand through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining current product knowledge to present to customers.
  • Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication sectors.
  • Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
  • Identifying and taking opportunities to maximize the visibility of Cosentino products to generate sales.
  • Optimizing sales and marketing by promoting visits to Cosentino Centers.
  • Working to find new points of sale.
Customer Service

You will ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies. You will also manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, setting up customers in the CRM system, providing price quotes, and scheduling weekly visits.

Business Intelligence

You will prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made. You will collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers as needed to accomplish goals. You will also work with the General Manager and Sales Team to execute a business strategy for all customer segments in the area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales or field merchandising experience.
  • Experience with a Customer database, preferably Salesforce.
  • Stone fabrication or distribution experience is desirable.
