Enablement Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the enablement of risk and control practices across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to influence and engage senior leaders and employees at all levels, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives business outcomes and enhances organizational performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

They will also have experience working with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
