The role of the Desktop Support Analyst is critical in delivering seamless IT operations by providing technical expertise and guidance to support the High Profile Executive team.
This position involves offering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop and mobile devices, including printers and laptops. It also entails managing and maintaining Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other Microsoft products.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with the business team to identify their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
