About the Role

The Aged Care Engagement Specialist will drive resident engagement and participation in social, recreational, and cultural activities. They will develop programs to empower residents' choices and independence, ensuring individual needs are taken into account.

About You
  • A team player with a passion for interacting with older people and a strong desire to serve.
  • Relevant qualification such as Cert III in Leisure & Health preferred or willingness to complete.
  • Previous experience in aged care and understanding of work health and safety practices an advantage.
