About The Role

  • Assisting in managing daily operations, including opening and closing protocols.
  • Maintaining the venue's cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to and enforcement of operating procedures and safety standards.
  • Supporting staff schedules and providing guidance and training to junior colleagues.
  • Communicating effectively with Managers and providing feedback on operational performance.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. If you are eager to learn, adaptable, and can take initiative without instructions, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
