We are seeking a dynamic travel professional to manage and coordinate complex travel itineraries for high-profile clients in the entertainment industry.

As an Entertainment Travel Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and attention to detail, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate travel itineraries for high-profile clients in entertainment and performing arts.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Utilize expertise in Tramada and Sabre to book, manage, and troubleshoot client travel needs.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management with a focus on the entertainment industry.
  • Extensive experience with Tramada and GDS (Sabre favored).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes for small to large groups.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
