Control Systems Developer

A proficient System Design and Development Engineer is required to conceptualize, create, and maintain cutting-edge control systems for efficient and safe production processes in mining facilities.
This role presents a unique opportunity to drive innovation and operational excellence in a challenging and rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement control systems, including developing Scopes of Work, Functional Specifications, and Test documentation.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.
- Participate in panel Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and vendor integration testing.
- Conduct FAT, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning while providing ongoing project support.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance for delivered systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven expertise in electrical control systems with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience with PLC Allen Bradley/Rockwell.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying project demands.
