Job Title:

The Cyber Security Governance and Compliance Manager position is available to lead a small team in assessing and reporting on ICT risk and compliance within a cyber security context.

  • Manage a team to establish and implement key cyber security governance and compliance capabilities.
  • Develop essential capabilities within the GRC team to enable assessment and reporting of ICT risk and compliance of personnel, systems, processes, and frameworks in a cyber security context.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Knowledge of government security frameworks such as PSPF, ISM, etc.
  • Significant experience with enterprise information and cyber security processes, concepts, and best practices, including exposure to government cloud models.

Preferred Criteria:

  • ICT risk and compliance management experience.
  • CISSP/CISM or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective reporting to executive management.
  • Experience in adaptive leadership and collaboration in challenging change environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and implement key cyber security GRC capabilities.
  2. Build essential capabilities within the GRC team to enable assessment of and reporting on ICT risk and compliance in a cyber security context.

About You:

  • Three or more years of experience in Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Knowledge of and experience with relevant government security frameworks such as PSPF, ISM etc.
  • Significant knowledge and experience with enterprise information and cyber security processes, concepts and best practice with exposure to government cloud models.

Desirable Skills:

  • ICT risk and compliance management experience.
  • CISSP/CISM or equivalent certifications preferred.
