**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Strategy Manager to lead our environmental consultancy projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Develop and implement effective project strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored environmental solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on environmental issues, including impact assessments, remediation strategies, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of environmental consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, collaborating with the business development team.
  • Risk Management: Develop proactive strategies to mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in environmental consultancy, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex environmental issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring junior staff.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of identifying new business opportunities.
