About the RoleSeeking an innovative Project Controls Manager/Program Optimisation Lead with a problem-solving attitude to join our forward-thinking managed services team in Sydney.
In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies, tools, and processes to drive optimisation across multiple high-stake projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement cutting-edge services in scheduling intelligence, planning optimisation, and commercial risk management.
- Lead initiatives to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that enhance project delivery.
- Manage change management processes, tracking changes and cost implications.
- Collaborate on commercial risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to continually improve service delivery and project performance.
- Support the leadership team by ensuring the project controls function integrates seamlessly with broader project management efforts.
- At least 15 years of contractor and consultancy experience.
- Experience in project controls and commercial risk management for engineering, construction, and capital works projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data and providing insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, presenting financial information to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
