AusNet Services is a leading player in the clean energy transition, connecting renewable energy sources to local communities in Victoria. Our purpose is to make Real Progress, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our People Enablement team as an OD Manager.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexibility, generous leave, and community giving opportunities. As an OD Manager, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and communicating key initiatives and processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Establish routines and processes with Employee Network Groups, I&D council, and People team
- Create data-driven Talent Succession plans focusing on top/growth talent and critical roles
- Improve Talent Planning and Development to maximize employee potential and create a diverse workforce
- Deliver People projects and manage I&D calendar and budget for initiatives, events, partners, etc.
- Extensive experience in People Consulting, HR Centre of Excellence, or OD-focussed roles
- Tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business or other related discipline
- Confidence in presenting and influencing outcomes up to c-suite and board level
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of I&D projects and initiatives
- Flexibility: hybrid work, flexible hours, or part-time arrangements
