About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexibility, generous leave, and community giving opportunities. As an OD Manager, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and communicating key initiatives and processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish routines and processes with Employee Network Groups, I&D council, and People team
  • Create data-driven Talent Succession plans focusing on top/growth talent and critical roles
  • Improve Talent Planning and Development to maximize employee potential and create a diverse workforce
  • Deliver People projects and manage I&D calendar and budget for initiatives, events, partners, etc.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in People Consulting, HR Centre of Excellence, or OD-focussed roles
  • Tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business or other related discipline
  • Confidence in presenting and influencing outcomes up to c-suite and board level
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of I&D projects and initiatives
