CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWER

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to work as a Customer Service Reviewer. As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, observing store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other factors. You will then complete a survey online about your experience.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, good memory, reliability, great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered depends on availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. This role is perfect for someone who wants to provide valuable feedback to our clients while gaining valuable experience in customer service.
