Job Title: Customer Experience Reviewer

The primary objective of this role is to provide valuable feedback to our clients by evaluating their store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.

This work involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience and then completing a survey online about the experience.

  • Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail and a good memory
  • Reliable with great communication skills and access to the internet

The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. You can become a Customer Service Reviewer and provide valuable feedback to our clients.
