About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Strategist to join our CulturalConnect team at SBS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic digital initiatives, creating digitally-led content partnerships, and championing digital best practice across our commercial campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our CulturalConnect and National Sales Teams, Strategy & Research, Creative Services, Marketing, Social and Content Teams to define integrated commercial opportunities.
  • Work with our Research & Strategy Team to understand our digital audience and analyse consumer, brand, and market data to develop robust strategic solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to workshops and brainstorms to assist in the development of strategic, multi-platform client opportunities.
  • Continually review processes, strategies, and technology to increase the success of our integrated digital campaigns and uncover new innovative commercial opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market collateral and presentations for client brief responses and key SBS properties.
About You

We are looking for someone who can be a positive representative of our team, providing effective client strategies and solutions, and helping grow our digital capabilities by training and supporting staff to expand their knowledge in digital strategy and ideation.

Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:

  • Demonstrated experience creating commercial opportunities across multi-media platforms, well-developed communication skills, and a sound understanding of the media agency and sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital landscape and commercial opportunities to help strengthen and grow our team's digital capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of broadcast media is beneficial but not essential for this role.
