Job Title: Claims Service Coordinator
This role involves managing client portfolios and overseeing operational performance in a collaborative environment.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Claims Service Coordinator. Key responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors, estimators, and trades; coordinating reinstatement works and scheduling appointments; preparing job-specific documentation, reports, quotes, and invoices; updating systems and stakeholders regularly; and submitting reports and quotes.
The ideal candidate will possess experience as a project administrator or coordinator, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels. Insurance repairs, facilities management, or construction experience is highly advantageous. Additionally, flexibility to work from home after probation is available, along with discounts on trade items, health insurance, and onsite parking included.
