Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to lead our team at a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility in a stunning coastal location.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly regarded facility that provides a fantastic support system, including experienced clinical leadership, a facility manager, clinical coordinator, AN-ACC support, education support, and a 24-hour registered nurse and care team.
