We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Helping Hand.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of aged care services in South Australia, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, while also supporting and guiding our Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift. You will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents, and contribute to the development of our care teams.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other clinical interventions.
- Support and guide Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care plans, making recommendations for improvements and updates as necessary.
- Liaise with family members, doctors, care workers, and allied health professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- A Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent.
- A current AHPRA registration.
- The ability to operate smartphones and apps (such as Microsoft Outlook).
- Minimum of 6-12 months of work experience in aged care (experience in dementia care is highly regarded).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- A competitive salary of $83,000 - $114,000 per annum.
