**Job Title: Partnerships and Events Officer Role**

 

Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines events administration, fundraising coordination, and stakeholder engagement? Do you have experience in developing sales collateral, extracting data from Salesforce, and managing multiple projects?

This role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative not-for-profit organisation that works towards alleviating disadvantage and promoting social change. You will be part of a collaborative team that values diverse perspectives and ideas.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and support fundraising events with marketing teams.
  • Collate guestlists, secure venues, and assist with in-person and online events using CRM systems.
  • Support and steward funders, ensuring fundraising team activities are structured and follow policies.
  • Provide administrative support, coordinating schedules, and acting as a liaison between teams.
  • Manage expenses, organise meetings, and provide calendar management.
  • Assist with business development and leadership meetings, pulling reports and data to support Director's decisions.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in prioritising administrative duties, managing multiple projects, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in events administration/coordination and developing sales collateral.
  • Ability to extract, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
