Key responsibilities include: Participating in rotations across all key divisions supporting client finance requests. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Lending Analysts, and other business banking professionals. Engaging in real work and projects that directly benefit customers and communities. Receiving on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and self-directed learning opportunities. Interacting with the Executive team, industry partners, and customers. Being part of an established, evolving graduate program and a supportive graduate community.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have: Completed a degree within the last three years. Motivation to support and enable customers to build vibrant businesses across Australia. Willingness to be based in Bendigo, Geelong, or Melbourne. Energy for community engagement and a self-starter attitude. Commitment to personal development and adaptability to change. A genuine connection to the banking industry and its people.
