The Opportunity:

Create world-class content for top-tier brands

You will manage key client relationships and projects across APAC, working on high-impact content programs from briefing through to final delivery. Your focus will be on ensuring creative excellence, fast turnarounds, and seamless production.

Reporting to our Senior Director – APAC, you will play a pivotal role within our Sydney team and collaborate closely with our broader global network. You will work with prominent clients including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Kimberly-Clark, and P&G, delivering best-practice content built for today's digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale content programs and partnerships, driving impactful results
  • Play a key part in creative and production workflows, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality to exceed client expectations
  • Guide clients in selecting the right creative partners to bring ideas to life
  • Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution
  • Participate in workshops bringing marketers, creators, and media partners together
  • As part of our APAC team, collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, surface opportunities, and support cross-market success
  • Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools, and processes for clients and creators

A key role within the business, responsible for leading creative projects, managing client relationships, collaborating with media platforms, and contributing to new business development.
