Senior Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to assume responsibility for managing a high-profile healthcare portfolio across Queensland, encompassing 26 sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with tenant stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance and risk management processes to ensure lease adherence and protect client interests.
- Maintain comprehensive facilities data and documentation within the market-leading Facilities Response Centre (FRC) platform.
- Drive operational excellence in critical facilities functions, including contractor performance, procurement programs, compliance, and incident reporting and management.
- Manage essential services, such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety, where client responsibility exists.
- Optimize service contracts and contractors for streamlined and high-quality performance.
- Engage actively in and deliver sustainability initiatives aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
- Oversee small-scale capital projects.
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team to develop annual budgets and complete reforecasting as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in facilities management, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
