Compliance Trainer - Traineeships

We are seeking a motivated Compliance Trainer to facilitate training delivery for our successful fixed plant operator traineeship. This high-impact role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our workforce.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified trainer and assessor to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our trainees. As a Compliance Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating comprehensive onboarding for new recruits, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Maintaining currency of industry skills and trainer/assessor competencies;
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to ensure trainees receive well-rounded training experiences;
  • Monitoring trainee progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing support where necessary;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116);
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Resources, Mining & Crushing sector as a Fixed Plant Operator;
  • Ability to deliver specific certifications including RIIWHS202E, MSMWHS217, and RIIWHS204E;
  • 12 months experience in a Trainer/Assessor Role;
  • Valid C Class drivers license.
