Lease Administrator

This Lease Administrator role is a great opportunity to utilize your administrative skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing payment queries, completing outgoings reconciliations, and resolving payment disputes.
  • Updating and processing data into relevant accounting and lease administration databases.
  • Validating and reviewing lease documents.
  • Managing change of landlord and payee details, including validation and system updates.
  • Administering accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
  • The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willingness to make improvements.
