About the Role
  • This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building, creating, and making their mark in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packs to senior stakeholders.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business performance.
  • Work closely with divisional leaders on performance evaluation and strategic planning.
  • Identify and execute revenue-generating and cost-reduction initiatives to improve efficiency.

FP&A Development / Transformation:

  • Assess the current FP&A landscape and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the broader finance transformation program to drive organizational change.
  • Stay hands-on with analysis while driving strategic project work.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with 3–5 years in FP&A or business partnering experience.
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred.
  • Digitally literate, with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
