Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit AnalystJoin us as our Financial Planning and Analysis and Audit Analyst at Dedalus, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies, in Sydney, Australia to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.What you'll achieveAs the Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Finance – ANZ, supporting key aspects of financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination, and process improvement that will make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.You will:Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA levelPrepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholdersContribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processesMaintain internal finance documentation, and continuously improve templates and reporting toolsCoordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables, working closely with external consultants and auditorsEnsure compliance with internal controls and assist with the timely resolution of audit queriesWork cross-functionally with teams including commercial, operations, and HR to gather data and inputs for forecasting and budgetingDevelop dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights into business performance and assist in preparing executive-level presentations, such as the Regional Business Review (RBR)Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus Life flows through our software.
