Job Title: Senior Textile Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Textile Designer to join our team in a flexible 4-day-a-week position.

This leadership role will involve delivering textile designs that meet our brand's high standards, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and mentoring junior designers to elevate our overall creative output.

  • Relevant degree or qualification in a related field, such as Textile Design, Graphic Design, or Fashion Design.
  • Extensive experience in textile design, ideally within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven ability to lead the design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs.
  • Expertise in identifying and interpreting emerging fashion and lifestyle trends into innovative, brand-right designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and inspire junior designers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
