**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our entire CO Brands Creative direction/team as a Creative Director on a 12 month MAT leave contract. You will lead a team of in-house design talent and external partners to create world class creative campaigns to support business commercial and brand goals. Leading the creative development for all channels, you will look for innovation that will drive customer engagement whilst ensuring your teams are delivering on briefs in the creative studio. If you want to lead a successful team to deliver creative campaigns that are of the highest calibre and be part of something big, then we’d love to chat

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or something similar
- Extensive experience in a similar Creative Manager, Creative Director, Art Director role
- Proven communication, leadership and people-management skills
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Ability to creatively conceptualise ideas as well as give clear direction
- Ability to effectively communicate design briefs from conception to delivery
- Demonstrated high level organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage workflow and schedules to ensure timelines are being met
- Strong budgeting skills and understanding of copyright guidelines
