Job Opportunity: Textile Design Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and trend-savvy textile designer to lead our design development process from concept to final artwork. This role requires creative vision, commercial acumen, and technical expertise to deliver textile designs that meet our customers' needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in textile design, preferably within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories. They should be able to interpret trend insights, create original and commercially viable designs, and mentor junior designers to elevate the overall creative output.

  • Lead the design development process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand DNA and seasonal direction

What You Need to Succeed
  • Relevant degree or qualification in textile design or a related field
  • Extensive experience in textile design, ideally within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories
  • Proven ability to lead the design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs
  • Expertise in identifying and interpreting emerging fashion and lifestyle trends into innovative designs
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and inspire junior designers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
