Your Career Takes Off

As a Sales Travel Consultant, you'll work full-time in one of our retail stores, navigating a 7-day trade roster to plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings for our customers. You'll build a customer base across domestic and international bookings, selling the whole holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and book travel itineraries for customers
  • Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Work towards individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base
  • Assist customers with travel-related questions and advice

You'll enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure, where you earn a percentage of every sale. Your pay is completely uncapped, giving you the opportunity to earn as much as you're capable of.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a reputation among friends and family for travel recommendations. You'll possess great organisational skills, determination to meet sales targets, and enthusiasm to make our customers want to book with you every time.
