Sales Travel Consultant Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Meet individual KPIs and sales targets by selling holidays, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
  • Be an expert in assisting customers with their travel-related questions, including visas, best time to travel, what to pack, where to eat, and what to avoid
  • Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for travel and desire to help open up the world to our customers
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes our customers want to book with you every time
  • Savviness with computers to toggle between various complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for your customer
