About the Role

You will be responsible for providing safe and evidence-based nursing care, supervising and guiding nursing team members, educating and supporting patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care, leading quality improvement and safety initiatives, collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient care, and serving as a role model for safe practices.

Requirements
  • Authority to Work in Australia
  • Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting
  • Cardiac experience highly regarded
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach
