About Personal Support Workers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • No qualifications higher than Certificate II
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Relationship centered approach to care and supervision
