At ESS Defence, we have the privilege of serving millions of meals to our Defence personnel under our Defence Life brand. Whether it is out in the field or in dining halls, we provide everything from snacks to buffet style meals to first-class dining experiences for functions.

The Position:

  • Provide Food & Beverage service in a unique environment
  • Ensure all company policies and practices are applied and ensure Food Safety Practices are adhered to
  • Work within a team providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to change between canteen buffet-style services to formal function service

The Person:

  • RSA qualified (or willingness to obtain)
  • Good communication skills and willingness
  • Previous F&B experience beneficial
  • Great presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards
