We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, this individual will play a crucial role in the culinary operations of Rüh Cafe.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team to create innovative and seasonal menus showcasing the best of Rüh's cuisine. This includes menu development, food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.

  • Menu Development: Collaborating with the culinary team to design menus that reflect the cafe's brand and exceed customer expectations.
  • Food Preparation: Ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation by executing food preparation tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Cooking: Preparing and plating dishes according to established recipes and specifications while maintaining consistency and flavor profiles across menu items.
  • Kitchen Management: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.

This position also involves adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, and collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service during busy periods.
