About the Role

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in project management who is ready to take the next step in their career, managing technology projects across various industries.

  • Plan, execute, and close technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Track project performance and report on milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain project schedules.
  • Support senior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT or technology.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • Experience in managing small, medium, and large-scale projects.
  • Extensive experience in project planning, administration, and coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to deal professionally and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at both Senior Business and IT Levels.
  • Self-Starter/Self-Disciplined/Very Well Organized.
  • Big Picture Understanding/Attention to Detail in Delivery.
  • A range of IT-related industry experience, preferably construction/capital works, aged care, infrastructure, telecommunications, audio visual, application integration.
