Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technology projects and drive business success in our insurance operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for integrating project management principles, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively coordinate resources to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of technology delivery processes, including SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
