We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead our sports operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, be highly professional, and possess excellent leadership skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop within a fast-paced industry, working closely with our management team to drive business growth and excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Staff recruitment & Training
  • Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 3 - 12 years old
  • Customer service
  • B2B sales within select region
  • Marketing
  • Managing a team of sports coaches
  • Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPIs and Targets are met

You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of crew management experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of sports coaching experience (preferred)
  • A full driver's license
