Sports Operations Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the delivery of a vibrant and inclusive sports program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in school sporting activities, from coordination of carnivals to management of facilities.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in sports or education leadership, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate students, staff, and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in sports management, education, or related fields will be highly valued.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for Ravenswood Sport, aligning with the school's overall vision.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sport to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and effective use of resources.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven programs in a sports or education setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse groups.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
