Green Space Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our gardening team as a Green Space Enhancement Specialist. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts in Southeast Queensland, working alongside a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Operate a range of equipment safely and efficiently, including mowing machines, brush cutters, hedgers, and secateurs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order and perform maintenance tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation, and mulching.
  • Valid manual driver's license and White Card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
