Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished professional to lead our team in real estate finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient execution of credit transactions, including structuring and negotiating terms for subordinated credit and complex credit investments.

The role includes the oversight and management of a team of analysts and associates, ensuring the accurate delivery of analysis and investment papers. Key responsibilities include leading a team in investment analysis and transaction management, project management, deal leadership, and ensuring accuracy in preparation of transaction modelling.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience across relevant disciplines in real estate gained in banking, private equity, advisory or investment management. A tertiary qualification with a preference for related fields such as finance, commerce, construction, real estate, or legal is also required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and quantitative skills, supplemented by excellent verbal presentation skills. They will also have a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and a capacity to work self-sufficiently under pressure while exercising sound judgement.
