Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Craigieburn.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in administration. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and welcome them to our Centre
  • Collect and enter patient details into our database
  • Schedule appointments as required
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries
  • Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritise, and has excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage, but not essential. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Centre. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. This is a casual position, working variable hours to meet the needs of the Centre.
