We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Director to join our team at Nasdaq, Inc. in a full-time capacity. As a Technical Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Lead a defined territory and manage a team of Sales Representatives
Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the position
  • Validated experience in selling SaaS or ESG/CSR software
  • Proven presentation, customer service, and contracting skills
  • Strong understanding of the buying process and ability to navigate the decision-maker network
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM sales applications, specifically Salesforce
  • Demonstrated history of quota achievement within the AUD1-2M range
  • Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills
  • Willingness to travel for business
